Standard terms are 50% due with your order with the remaining 50% due immediately prior to shipping.
All water features, fountains, planters, and fire pits are made to order and the normal lead time is 8 to 10 weeks. All prices include crating. Shipping is an additional charge. Please call for a quote.
Birth of Venus Studios LLC stands behind our products. We work to create objects that will withstand many years of normal use. We will provide technical advice and assistance for the lifetime of our products. Specific care information will be provided for each piece.
There is a Five Year Limited Warranty on all Birth of Venus Studio water features, water fountains, planters, and fire pits.
